ORDERS

Orders ship within 2 business days. In the event that the item(s) you purchased is backordered, you will be emailed with an approximate ship date. If you ordered more than one item, you may receive partial shipments. If you have an inquiry regarding the status of your order and/or product availability please email sales@fallonjewelry.com.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept American Express, VISA, Mastercard and Discover credit cards as forms of payment. Customers will be charged as soon as order is submitted on FALLONJEWELRY.com

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return** within 14 days of your order’s arrival. All returns to FALLON must be sent ‘SIGNATURE REQUIRED’ for any carrier used.  FALLON is not responsible for any packages returned without proof of our signature acquired upon receipt.  Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.

Return Merchandise Authorizations will only be approved if requested within 14 days of an order’s arrival.

When your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is successfully created, you will receive a confirmation email with your RMA #. Please allow up to 48 hours for your RMA to be processed. When your RMA is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with return shipping instructions. You must receive an RMA # and approval before returning any item(s).

**Please add wordpress@fallonjewelry.com to your address book to ensure that you receive RMA emails in your inbox.

All packages will be refused if an approved RMA # is not on the box, the allotted return time has past, and/or the item was purchased on sale or using a promotional code.

We do not cover shipping for returned items. We recommend UPS or Fedex when shipping returns, and we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at sales@fallonjewelry.com

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING and VAT

A VAT is a general consumption tax assessed on the value added to goods and services. In some countries, including Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and Canada, this tax is known as goods and services tax or GST. Every member state of the European Union (EU) has a VAT. Duties and taxes on international shipments will be billed separately by Fedex and payable to Fedex upon parcel arriving at destination in country.
