We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return** within 14 days of your order’s arrival. All returns to FALLON must be sent ‘SIGNATURE REQUIRED’ for any carrier used. FALLON is not responsible for any packages returned without proof of our signature acquired upon receipt. Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.

NICKEL ALLERGY - Customers with a known nickel allergy should contact customer service prior to purchase. While we have never had a client report a reaction to our jewelry or plating processes, trace amounts of nickel may be detectable in any item of jewelry that is gold-plated, and the possibility of a reaction is possible.
Return Merchandise Authorizations will only be approved if requested within 14 days of an order’s arrival.
When your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is successfully created, you will receive a confirmation email with your RMA #. Please allow up to 48 hours for your RMA to be processed. When your RMA is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with return shipping instructions. You must receive an RMA # and approval before returning any item(s).
All packages will be refused if an approved RMA # is not on the box, the allotted return time has past, and/or the item was purchased on sale or using a promotional code.
We do not cover shipping for returned items. We recommend UPS or Fedex when shipping returns, and we are not responsible for lost return packages.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
