ALL DELIVERIES ARE SHIPPED FEDEX AND REQUIRE SIGNATURE. 

FALLON JEWELRY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES AFTER FEDEX RELEASES WITH OR WITHOUT SIGNATURE OR IF FEDEX LOSES PACKAGE IN TRANSIT.

ORDERS

Orders ship within 2 business days. In the event that the item(s) you purchased is backordered, you will be emailed with an approximate ship date. If you ordered more than one item, you may receive partial shipments. If you have an inquiry regarding the status of your order and/or product availability please email sales@fallonjewelry.com.

We accept American Express, VISA, Mastercard and Discover credit cards as forms of payment. Customers will be charged as soon as order is submitted on FALLONJEWELRY.com.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING and VAT

A VAT is a general consumption tax assessed on the value added to goods and services. In some countries, including Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and Canada, this tax is known as goods and services tax or GST. Every member state of the European Union (EU) has a VAT. Duties and taxes on international shipments will be billed separately by Fedex and payable to Fedex upon parcel arriving at destination in country.
